Almost all of them will be scanned on a Fuji Frontier SP3000 & Blackmagic Design Cintel G3 HDR+ scanner! Some won't be available on the Frontier due to technical limitations.
Some charts may also will be available as Linear Negative from the Fuji Frontier to do your own inversion or that you're able to do a scanner profile.

Color Spaces & Gammas of the scans:
All Fuji Frontier scans are sRGB/Gamma2.2!Cintel Negatives are scanned in Film Primaries (you can use P3, R.709 or ADX10 as IDT) & with a density of 2.046 (close to Cineon Log). Cintel Positives are scanned in P3/Gamma2.2!
