The answer is very simple: this one uses a unique color space which none of the other tools has (they mostly work with tetra or spherical which is also an amazing and elegant way to shift colors!). 
I personally don‘t want to limit myself to not get the best possible result by just not having the right tool at hand. Most of the common hue shift tools are really good for particular things - even though if the differences to one another are really small – these are the details that matter – so go and try them out! Also my Hue Shaper DCTL works in linear to get less artifacts!
